JIC Taikalite
JIC is a manufacturer of calcium silicate products with various excellent properties, widely used in fields such as construction, industry, and maritime for applications like fireproof coatings, insulation (heat/cold), thermal insulation, and interior decoration.
The Taikalite series of fireproof boards by JIC is a lightweight, high-performance fireproof coating material produced using special techniques. Its main component is hard calcium silicate, which offers the highest fire resistance among calcium silicate materials.
JIC’s fireproof boards are of exceptional quality and have received UL1709 certification, providing a 3-hour fire resistance rating.

Recommendations
If there is a need for increased impact resistance for the fire-resistant board, it can be paired with NUKOTE FR fire-resistant material:
• Prefabricated Spray: Apply a full-surface NUKOTE FR coating to the fire-resistant board with a thickness of 1mm.
• On-site Reinforcement: Apply an outer NUKOTE FR coating to the fire-resistant board with a thickness of 3mm.
